Code of Conduct
1. The student can only use the allowed tools throughout the studies.
2. The student who is working on computer systems, must use them while abiding by the rules. The student must also ensure that the computer works properly. Any problems encountered must be reported to the IT technician.
3. The university’s equipment should not be used in the students free time or for their own uses
4. Everyone should only access information they are allowed to access. Someone else login should not be used and the user should keep his/her own login details safe.
5. During their work they should not infringe or endanger personal rights of others.
6. The student must comply with the requirements related to copyright. The quoted content must include the source of information, without breaching any ethical.
7. The student should not use or create illegal software, which purpose is to hack into other computer or access illegal information. Related studies can only be done on systems specifically made prepared for this purpose.
8. The student can not use different studies, researches, work or its conclusion, from another student or person (eg. Home projects, tests etc.) can not be claimed as his/her own work, as work done alone, cannot show it and cannot hand it in.
9. When working in groups, one person cannot take credit for the work based on their involvement.
10. A student cannot accept, give or use any help with work that he is asked to do alone.
11. The laws of information protection still must be observed by when sending messages through electronic means such as e-mails.
12. The student cannot purposely disturb other students work or the universities functioning.
